How to Buy

If you would like to buy any of the items shown on our website, please contact us either by telephone on 07778 412265 or 01439 770323 or by e-mail at enquiries@jugdealer.co.uk and tell us of your interest. We will then confirm, either by e-mail or by post, the total price of the items you require, including any charges for delivery and insurance.

We will accept payment by Sterling cheque, (payable to A. Waterhouse) and sent to 26 Wentworth Gardens, Swinton, Mexborough, S64 8EP. Alternatively, we can e-mail you a Visa payment button which will allow you to pay securely by credit card. Goods will not be despatched until payment has been received in full.

Our goods will usually be sent by FED-EX carrier or by first class post. If the goods are sent by carrier, someone will need to be at home to receive the parcel, as a signature will be required when the delivery arrives to confirm that the goods have been received undamaged. Please check the goods on receipt, before signing for the parcel. If you have signed to say the parcel has been received in good condition, we will not accept claims for damage at a later date. If the parcel or contents are damaged please refuse to accept delivery, give the parcel back to the carrier and contact us immediately.

We are happy to supply goods to all European countries but can only accept payment in pounds Sterling. The carriage charge will of course depend on the destination country and the weight of the parcel.

We have deliberately not included a payment button against the individual items shown on the website due to significant differences in the weight and size of the jugs which can affect postage and packaging costs. We therefore prefer customers to contact us directly so that we can give them the best carriage options depending on the size of their order and their location.

Refunds will only be given if goods are returned to us undamaged within 14 days of purchase.
